Applications of Laminated Vinyl Covers

Laminated vinyl covers are known for being flame retardant. As such, they are often used in applications that place them need fire hazards. They are meant to protect areas that are outside of their coverage. For instance, they are often found in welding shops as curtains surrounding the work area.

Even places that don't necessarily require a high level of protection from flames recognize the benefit of having them around. They provide excellent cover for sections of a room that has been dedicated to a particular task. For instance, it might have been converted to a paint booth. The covers protect the walls from getting discolored by the paint.

These covers may also be used in outdoor pursuits such as an improved A-style tent. With trekking poles on each end and the sheet on top, campers have an instant shelter if they ever encounter rain while hiking. They may also bring proper tents and use the sheet underneath to prevent water from seeping through. This is invaluable if they wish to sleep well at night.
